Serving as the head of our US operations and based in New York, Greg has leveraged his background working as an associate at two of the most prestigious law firms in the world to provide unique insight into the recruiting process for clients and candidates alike. He has built a strong presence in the industry with a focus on representation of clients on searches for associates in a variety of practice areas, including M&A, capital markets, emerging companies and venture capital, finance, and tax. He also has significant experience working with commercial, securities, and white collar litigation associates as well as more niche practice areas such as FinTech and derivatives.

Greg's approach is centered around building a long-term relationship with candidates and clients and serving as a matchmaker rather than a transaction-focused headhunter. Though based in New York, Greg has worked as an attorney in both Boston and New York and made placements in New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, and throughout Texas.

Ren Casey, Managing Partner

Over the course of his legal recruiting career Ren has had the pleasure of guiding hundreds of attorneys, providing career counseling and placement services for associates, counsels, and partners. With nearly a decade of experience in recruiting, he has developed an extensive network across top international law firms and elite boutiques, working across a variety of practice areas and specialties. Having lived in Nashville, Denver, Austin, Seattle, LA, and New York, he has a rare on-the-ground knowledge both professionally and personally of premier legal centers as well as up-and-coming and expanding markets, frequently working with attorneys in NY, DC, Chicago, SoCal, SF, Seattle, Miami, Denver, and Texas. 

Ren has a creative skillset in theatre performance and prior experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Fusing this specialized background with extensive legal recruiting expertise, he is uniquely able to guide clients through every stage of the hiring process, including interview preparation and negotiations. He views every attorney search as a partnership, with a client-forward approach that focuses on building long-term and meaningful connections - an approach that has frequently yielded career-long relationships with attorneys who value transparency, commitment, and unbiased expertise.
